THE PROMOTES INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BY MAINTAINING AND REVITALIZING THE INDIGENOUS LIFEWAYS OF THE AANIIINEN AND TRIBES AND BY PREPARING STUDENTS TO SUCCEED IN AN AMERICAN TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY.
